Thank you for supporting our small business! We want to make getting your order as easy and affordable as possible. We offer nationwide shipping via Australia Post, alongside convenient Local Delivery and Free Pickup options for our local community.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship all domestic orders from our location in Victoria using Australia Post. To protect our margins and keep prices competitive, our shipping tiers are based on location, cart value, and package weight.

2. Order Processing Times
- Dispatch Window: All shipped orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Tracking: Every shipped parcel includes end-to-end tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dropped off or collected.
3. Free Local Pickup
Save on postage by collecting your order directly from us!
- Cost: Always FREE with no minimum spend or weight limits.
- How it works: Select the "Pick up" option at checkout.
- Collection Window: Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours.
- Instructions: Please wait until you receive a second email/SMS stating "Your order is ready for pickup" before coming to collect. This email will contain our full address and specific pickup instructions.
4. Local Delivery (Selected Postcodes)
We are proud to offer a direct, contactless doorstep delivery service to our local neighbours.
- Service Area: Available exclusively to selected local postcodes (including Werribee, Point Cook, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina, Wyndham Vale, and surrounds). If your postcode qualifies, the option will automatically appear at checkout.

Rates & Minimums:
- FREE Local Delivery for orders over $30.00 (Up to 5 kg).
- A small $5.00 delivery fee applies to orders under $30.00.
- Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries are completed within 1–2 business days of placing your order. We will drop the parcel in a safe place at your doorstep and send you an instant notification.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery Fees
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us by Australia Post due to an incorrect address, insufficient details, or failure to collect from your local post office, a flat redelivery fee of $11.70 will apply to reship your order.
